radio.Conv explores the interplay between longwave radio noise and urban field recordings. By merging these sonic worlds through convolution techniques, the piece creates hybrid textures where static, transmission errors, and environmental impressions collide.

The performance unfolds as a dynamically shifting sonic collage, spatialized and mixed live, culminating in the organic integration of improvised violin recordings that amplify its transient, improvisational character. The piece was performed live at the Ars Electronica Festival 2025 in Linz, Austria, on a 4.1 multichannel loudspeaker system with live diffusion.
